Rachael and her husband Neil invite you to stay at their tropical open deck, ocean view home on Elbow Cay for a unique, unforgettable experience with special guest yoga teacher Nancy Armstrong.
Nancy is a heart-centered yoga teacher and dedicated practitioner deeply inspired by the yoga philosophy. Her natural enthusiasm and love for life will leave you inspired and motivated!
She spreads her bright light and the sacred science of yoga to help others focus their energies to stay strong mentally and physically and improve their overall quality of life.
Nancy guides guests through flowing Hatha transitions to salute the sun, bow down to the moon, and become peaceful warriors in a cardiovascular yet elegant cosmic dance.
Strengthen your body, purify your heart, calm the mind, and enjoy a soothing hands-on full body adjustment with essential oils during a long and relaxing Savasana.
Rachael is a certified fascia master, yoga instructor, massage therapist, and raw food educator. She and her husband own The Oasis Juice Bar in Hope Town, Om Grown Greens, and Celestial Water. She combines her skills to create a fun learning experience that balances work and play.

10:00 am - Fascia decompression session with Rachael
11:30 am - Raw food demo/protein bowl
12:30 am - Energizing Vinyasa Flow with Nancy
2:30 pm - Raw food demo/lunch
