About This Class
Take 45 minutes for yourself and experience the transformational practice of Block Therapy with Rachael Aberle. This guided Zoom session uses pressure, breath, and mindful movement with a bamboo block to melt through adhesions in the fascia, helping to ease muscle and joint pain, improve posture, and boost energy levels.
