Join Rachael Aberle, one of the world’s first certified Block Therapists, for a 45-minute virtual class designed to melt fascia, reduce pain, and restore alignment — all from the comfort of your own home. This class uses a bamboo block, diaphragmatic breathing, and guided movement to help release deep tension, improve circulation, and support healing in the body, mind, and spirit.
